Accounts, Online Portal & Trade Terms

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes. We offer trade accounts for approved business customers. Trade terms are typically 14 to 25 days from invoice, depending on your credit approval and account setup.

Trade accounts are ideal for commercial cleaners, schools, healthcare facilities, hospitality venues, councils and other organisations who order regularly. To discuss opening an account, please contact our office and we’ll guide you through the process.

Can we have multiple delivery sites under one account?

Yes. Our system is set up so that one customer account can have multiple delivery addresses. This is perfect for cleaning contractors and organisations who manage several sites across the Illawarra, South Coast or Southern Highlands.

Can customers log in and place their own orders?

Yes. Once your online account is set up, your team can log into the Rapid Supplies portal to:

  • Place orders directly via the website
  • Choose from multiple delivery addresses on the account
  • Use purchase order (PO) numbers on checkout (for approved credit customers)

This helps standardise products across your sites and makes it easier for supervisors or site managers to order what they need.

Can we see our order history, quotes and statements online?

Yes. Through the portal you can:

  • View order history and reorder from previous orders
  • Access quote history and convert approved quotes into orders
  • Check account statements and outstanding invoices

This gives your accounts and operations teams clear visibility of spend and activity across your sites.

Can customers generate their own quotes from the website?

Yes. Approved customers can build and generate quotes online directly from the portal. These can then be saved, printed, emailed internally for approval and converted to an order once you’re ready to proceed.

What payment options do you accept?

You can pay via:

  • Stripe and other secure payment gateways at checkout
  • Credit cards including AMEX (American Express)
  • Account payment via EFT for approved trade customers, in line with your agreed terms

Do you offer cleaning services?

No, we do not provide contract cleaning services. As part of the RapidClean co-op, we strictly provide products, equipment, training and support to the cleaning industry – we never clean ourselves.

That means we are never in competition with our clients. Our goal is to grow with you by helping you win and retain sites, standardise your products and keep your customers happy and safe.

Onsite Support, Training & Dispenser Installs

Do you offer onsite support for washrooms and product recommendations?

Yes. We provide onsite support for washroom audits, floor safety reviews and product standardisation. Our team can visit your site to:

  • Recommend the right cleaning chemicals and dilution systems
  • Suggest washroom dispensers and paper systems
  • Help reduce slip risks and manual handling issues

Do you install chemical dispensers?

Yes. We supply and install SEKO ProMax and other chemical dispensing systems for bottles, buckets and floor scrubbers. These systems help control dilution, reduce chemical waste and improve safety.

Do you supply and install washroom dispensers and hand dryers?

Yes. When you purchase floor scrubbers, sweepers or other machines from us, we can provide onsite training so your team knows how to use and maintain the equipment safely and effectively.
