Actichem Pre-seal (AP171.05) is a specialised water-based, vapour-permeable penetrating pre-installation treatment formulated to protect fine natural stone, masonry, pavers, and cement products during fabrication, transit, and tiling installation.

By creating a breathable, sub-surface barrier, Pre-seal inhibits moisture absorption from tile adhesives and wet grouts. This effectively prevents costly installation defects such as tile warping, curling, and "picture framing" discolouration around grout joints, while ensuring adhesive bond strength is fully preserved.

• Pre-treating porous natural stone tiles (marble, limestone, travertine, sandstone, granite, basalt, and bluestone) prior to laying.
