If it feels like "someone's running the show" in the background, that's usually Zsarmaine. As a key member of our orders team, she's one of the main points of contact for suppliers and customers, making sure stock, back orders, and deliveries all line up.

She enjoys being at the centre of the action – solving little problems before they become big ones – and being part of the RapidClean Co-op means she can tap into a strong national supply network to keep customers stocked and stress-free.

Away from the inbox, Zsarmaine loves café catch-ups, local markets, and spending time with her family – the same sense of connection she brings to how she looks after our customers and suppliers.

Shaira is the other half of our orders and customer support duo – and yes, she "runs the show" as well. She helps customers with quotes, order follow-ups, stock checks, and makes sure the right product lands in the right place at the right time.

Outside work, Shaira enjoys music, catching up with friends, and spending quality time with family, who are just as important to her as the team she works with every day.

Windy is our Service Coordinator, keeping client sites compliant, machines serviced on time, and repairs moving. She's the one pushing suppliers to move faster on parts so we can get your equipment back up and running as quickly as possible.

She enjoys seeing the full cycle – from breakdown to "back in action" – and loves that the RapidClean Co-op gives our small local team access to the training, parts, and technical support needed to compete with much larger service operations.

Windy's hobbies include weekend drives, catching up with loved ones, and planning the next family get-together – the same organisation and care she brings to coordinating your service jobs.

Bryan is our on-the-tools Service Technician. He turns up when needed, gets to work, and does what's required to keep your scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, and other equipment running reliably. Windy makes sure the jobs are lined up; Bryan makes sure they get done.

He likes the variety of being out on the road, solving real-world problems for customers, and being part of a small team where his work directly impacts how smoothly clients operate. Through the RapidClean Co-op, he also benefits from access to OEM information, training, and parts support.

When he's off the clock, Bryan enjoys tinkering with tools, a bit of sport, and relaxing with family – who keep him grounded after busy days on the road.

Krista is often the last friendly face customers see in the process – our delivery driver and unofficial entertainment officer. She gets orders where they need to go and always seems to have a good story, a laugh, or a smile along the way.

She loves the personal side of the job: seeing customers regularly, getting to know their sites, and being part of a team that genuinely cares. Being part of the RapidClean Co-op means she's delivering quality products that she trusts will do the job.

Krista enjoys beach days, road trips, and time with family and friends – that same positive energy is what she brings to every delivery run.

AJ keeps an eye on the ins and outs – our Accounts Manager. From invoices and statements to gentle reminders when financial remuneration is required, AJ helps keep the business healthy so we can keep serving our customers well.

He appreciates working in a family business where customers are treated as long-term partners, not just account numbers. The support and structure of the RapidClean Co-op give him confidence that pricing, rebates, and back-end systems are robust and fair.

Luke is our General Manager – the one making sure the whole operation has direction, support, and a clear plan. He might joke that his role is "boring", but behind the spreadsheets and planning is a genuine focus on people, service, and long-term relationships.

In his downtime, Luke values simple things: family time, community sport, and a quiet moment with a good coffee – the balance that lets him show up fully for the team.

Joeven is our IT Manager and quiet force in the background, making sure all of our systems run smoothly. From websites and integrations to internal tools, he helps a small family-owned team with limited resources deliver a service that sits on the same level as the multinationals.

He loves using technology to solve real problems for the team and our customers, and appreciates that the RapidClean Co-op gives a framework and scale for the digital systems he builds to really matter.
