Application areas and surface suitability

Suitable for concrete, bricks, masonry, unpainted structural timbers, tile, grout, pathways, and external walls. Do NOT use on carpet, upholstery, wool, nylon, or acid-sensitive fabrics.

How to use

Always pre-test in an inconspicuous area for substrate sensitivity. Wear chemical-resistant gloves, eye protection, and appropriate respiratory PPE.

Dilutions
  • Heavy Mould Remediation & Stain Removal: Ready to use (undiluted).
  • Light Maintenance / Large Surface Washing: Dilute 1:1 to 1:4 with clean water.
Application
  1. Apply generously to the affected surface using a low-pressure sprayer, brush, or sponge.
  2. Allow 5 to 10 minutes contact time for the chemical reaction to oxidise the mould.
  3. Agitate stubborn areas with a stiff brush if necessary.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water or pressure wash.
