Application areas and surface suitability

Safe for use on structural timbers, concrete, tiles, grout, drywall, masonry, subfloors, and most water-tolerant carpets and fabrics (pre-test delicate or disaster-destabilised fibres).

How to use

Always pre-test in an inconspicuous area. Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection, and P2/N95 respirator during aerosol/fog application). Clean gross debris prior to application.

Dilutions
  • Ready to Use: No dilution necessary for standard disinfection and mould remediation.
  • Accelerated Mould & Stain Boost: Mix 9 parts Percide with 1 part Percide Boost for heavy mould infestations (use within 6 hours).
Application
  1. Remove loose bulk debris and particulate matter.
  2. Apply Percide solution generously to affected surfaces via coarse spray, wet fogger, mop, or microfiber applicator ensuring full wetting.
  3. Agitate with a stiff brush to facilitate penetration into porous substrates and accelerate mould lift.
  4. Allow 1 minute dwell time for hospital-grade disinfection, or 10 minutes dwell time for complete mould remediation.
  5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water or extract using a wet extraction machine.
  6. Apply a light post-remediation mist as a residual treatment to inhibit subsequent spore germination.
